Passion fuels confidence.

Passion creates excitement. 

Excitement is something that can be shared and creates organized value, not disarray. "Professionals who are excited create enthusiasm in their teams and with others, and are viewed as great supporters." 

Passion is contagious.

When you're passionate, you make those around you feel excited — and everyone wins.

Action is the key.

With everything said above about passion you would think its what you need to be successful. Passion alone will not create success. The important key to success is to take action, you cannot afford to sit and wait hoping things will work out; you must get the courage and be ready to move.
